The challenge
The rental market runs through the big portals, and individual listings rarely rank on their own — they're trapped in iframes and widgets search engines can't read. We set out to prove a rental platform could do what Zillow and Homes.com do: put every single property on the map in Google, as its own real page.

We designed and built rentinsa.com end to end — a fast rental search pulling live San Antonio listings, updated hourly, with search by city, zip, bedrooms, and school district.
A real, indexable page for every property
Every listing becomes its own page on the domain — a unique URL with the full address, a unique title and description, real photos, and RealEstateListing schema. No iframes. Real server-rendered HTML search engines can crawl and rank.
An indexing engine
Sitemaps, IndexNow submission to Google & Bing, and technical SEO push thousands of property pages into the search indexes — the same system that gets pages ranking, applied at scale.
Live chat + analytics to convert and measure
Lead capture and Google Analytics on every page, so traffic becomes leads and everything is measured — verified in Bing Webmaster Tools and GA4.
